Foster care is, by its nature, local.
The children come from specific counties. The families who foster them, the churches that support them, the case workers and courts involved — all rooted in specific communities. A statewide agency that runs everything from a central office can’t put real support near a family in any practical sense.
F4F is built differently. Nine regional offices, each with their own staff, partner churches, and community presence. When a foster family needs help, they know exactly who to call — because that person works ten miles down the road, not in a central office three hours away.

A note from Wayne Naugle.
My name is Wayne Naugle, and I’m the CEO and Founder of Families 4 Families. My wife, Kelli, and I have seven children — five biological and two adopted through foster care. Our family has walked the road of home compliance, court dates, case workers, and adoption, plus all the days and challenges in between.
That experience is one of the core reasons we built F4F. It’s why we’re dedicated to supporting the whole family — not just the foster parents and not just the children, but the household that takes this on together.
