Most of our nine regions hold an annual gala — a night that brings together foster families, partner churches, regional staff, and supporters. The work happens year-round across nine offices. Galas are when we all see each other in one room.

Each regional gala is independently planned by the region’s staff, board, and partner churches — so the experience is regionally distinct.
A dinner at a partner church
Every gala is hosted at a partner church in the region — the fellowship hall or event space of a congregation that walks with local foster families year-round.

Featuring foster family stories, regional outcomes from the past year, and a vision for the year ahead from F4F leadership.
An auction and Fund the Need
Every gala includes both a live or silent auction and a Fund the Need moment. The dollars raised stay in the region.
Two hours, business casual
Galas are designed to run about two hours from start to finish. Dress is business casual across all regions.

Galas are attended by the table. Reserve a table for your family, small group, church, business, or friends. Pricing varies by region — supplied on each gala’s registration page.
Sponsorship opportunities
Beyond table purchases — presenting sponsor, dinner sponsor, program sponsor — available at each gala. Sponsors are listed in event materials and recognized during the program.

Galas don’t run on staff alone.
Volunteers help with check-in, auction logistics, photography, and breakdown. If you’d rather support a gala by working it than by attending it, we welcome that too.
