About Families 4 Families
Christ-centered foster care. Family-focused support.
Families 4 Families is a faith-based, private foster care agency committed to connecting local churches with loving families to care for children in Georgia’s foster system.
Founded in 2017, we exist to bring hope and restoration to children and families through meaningful relationships, practical support, and the love of Christ.
What Is a Private Foster Care Agency?
Families 4 Families is licensed by the State of Georgia to recruit, train, and support foster families. Unlike county foster programs, private agencies like ours provide families with more personalized care, faith-based values, and unique benefits.
Why Foster Through a Private Agency?
- Smaller caseloads = more personal support
- Extra resources like monthly date nights, support groups, and ongoing training
- Placement flexibility with children from surrounding counties
- Practical help including clothing, birthday gifts, and essentials for new placements
We walk with families through every step—from licensing to placement and beyond—so they can focus on what matters most: loving and caring for children in need.
Our Mission
Our Vision
Connecting local churches with faith-based families to offer hope and restoration to children and families involved in Georgia’s foster care system.

Our Statement of Faith
Families 4 Families adheres to the Statement of Faith of the National Association of Evangelicals.
- We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
- We believe that there is one God, eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
- We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
- We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by who’s indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
- We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
- We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our Position on Morality
Families 4 Families upholds a set of principles aimed at fostering ethical conduct and positive role modeling for the children entrusted to our care. These principles reflect the values we aim to instill in the lives we touch and ensure that every child grows in an environment rooted in love, respect, and integrity.
- Marriage, as we believe, is a sacred union sanctioned by God. It is defined as the exclusive joining of one man and one woman, reflecting the design set forth in Scripture.
- We affirm that all forms of sexual immorality are contrary to God’s teachings and fall outside the principles we uphold as a community of faith.
- Every person deserves compassion, kindness, and respect. Behaviors or attitudes rooted in hate or harassment toward others are unequivocally rejected. Such actions stand in opposition to Scripture and the core doctrines of the church.
Our Story
The Naugle Family
Families 4 Families began with a calling—and a phone call. On May 6, 2012, Wayne and Kelli Naugle received their first placement: a newborn girl abandoned behind a dumpster. A year later, they received another call for her newborn half-sister. These two little girls would later become Abbie and Ashlie Naugle through adoption.
Their journey opened their eyes to the deep needs in Georgia’s foster care system—and the impact a supportive, Christ-centered community can make. With a heart to help other families say “yes,” the Naugles left their careers and launched Families 4 Families in 2017.
Their story is just one example of how God can use ordinary families to do extraordinary things.
